Today we are gonna talk about the Mini Tennis, a very important moment that I see as a missing part in the game of the majority and I would love to change this! It is crucial that you guys perform at least 15 minutes of mini tennis every time you go to play either match or practice.
You should be focusing on:
– Wide stands + split step
– Point of impact
– Stands (close and open)
– Feeling of brushing the ball over the net (makes you confident for when hitting from baseline)
