Helloooo guys!! Happy Monday! Yeees, I know you woke up today and thought “today is Connecting Tennis’ day to post something really cool to improve my game” and you were right, because here I am!!

Back in time, I posted the Part 1 of a fitness & footwork training that I called as the TOP 5 of the exercises that every pro player does as part of their routine. I loved the great feedback I had from that video and a lot of people asked for more things like that, so I prepared the second part of with 5 different exercises, they are awesome!

If you haven’t seen the PART 1 I suggest you to take a look so after watching PART 2 you leave today with 10 exercises!!

Now the new video (part 2) I made it thinking more in the recovery of the court, on getting stronger when your opponent makes you run back so you know what you have to do, how you have to move in order to arrive strong to the ball and come up with a powerful shot that hopefully will allow you to go from defending to attacking with just one shot. I strongly recommend you to do all these exercises.

If you get them done with a weekly basis, I mean it won’t take you more than 30 minutes every time you do this training, the results are going to be amazing!!! If they are, I ask you to please share your results with me as many other players are doing, I’m so happy with what they are telling me on how their game improved!!

Now let’s get to PART 2:

Thanks guys!!! Until next time!!
